Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any interior design or turnkey interior solutions engagement with GENZ Interior Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), based in Ekkatuthangal, Chennai.

1. Consultations & Estimates

Initial consultations are free and non-binding. Design proposals and cost estimates shared thereafter are valid for a limited period and may be revised if project scope, material choices or site conditions change.

2. Project Timelines

Timelines quoted for modular kitchens, room interiors and turnkey projects are estimates based on agreed scope. Delays caused by change requests, material availability, statutory approvals or site access are communicated as soon as identified.

3. Payments

Projects proceed on a milestone-based payment schedule agreed in writing before work begins. Applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing government regulations.

4. Materials & Warranty

We use branded materials as specified in your project agreement. Carpentry and fixed furniture carry a standard warranty against manufacturing defects; this excludes damage from misuse, water exposure beyond normal use, or unauthorised alterations.

5. Design Ownership

Design concepts, 3D visualisations and drawings created for your project remain the intellectual property of GENZ Interior Solutions until full project payment is received, after which usage rights transfer for your personal or business use of the completed space.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution during design and execution, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the value of the specific service or item concerned, as permitted under applicable Indian law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
